Employee: base wage = gross salary ÷ 2’184 paid hours/year. Plus ~18% employer social insurance, CHF 4’800 workplace, CHF 3’000 training/turnover. The surcharge arises because the same costs are spread over only ~1’440 productive hours. Callwise: monthly flat fee incl. pre- and post-processing, setup contribution amortised over 3 years. What if I need more than 2000 minutes?
Volume above what the Professional plan covers gets calculated individually in the Enterprise setup. There's no fixed per-minute surcharge — we look at your case and quote a price upfront.
How long is the contract?
Monthly billing, monthly cancellation. No long contracts, no lock-in after setup.
What's included in the setup fee?
Full build of your AI voice agent, calendar and CRM integration, optionally knowledge base integration, testing and go-live support. Standard setups take 1–2 weeks, custom setups 2–4.
What does a change after go-live cost?
Changes to the agent after launch — new FAQ answers, new workflows or additional use cases — are billed separately as a service charge. Transparent, with effort agreed upfront.
